How do I place an order on Dika.fr?
Choose the product you wish to purchase, add it to your shopping cart, and follow the checkout steps to complete your order. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to access your order history, complete future purchases more quickly, and join the Loyalty Program.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by bank card. Our payment process is secure and easy to use.
Can I use a promotional code?
Yes, enter your promotional code in the designated field during checkout. If the code is valid, the discount will be applied automatically.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes between 7 and 10 business days, depending on your location and product availability. During holiday periods or promotional campaigns, delivery times may vary. Any changes will be communicated to you in a timely manner.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout. Delivery is free for orders over €200.
Do you ship outside France?
Yes, we ship outside France to selected European destinations, including Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Spain. International shipping conditions and delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Can I return a product?
Yes, you may return a product within 14 days of receiving it. Products must be accompanied by the receipt or invoice, be in perfect resale condition, with all original tags and packaging intact, and show no signs of dirt or cosmetic product residue.
How do I return or exchange a product?
Items purchased from the online store may be returned or exchanged at the customer's expense by sending them to the brand's central warehouse within 14 days of receipt. Products must be accompanied by the receipt or invoice, be in perfect resale condition, with all original tags and packaging intact, and show no signs of dirt or cosmetic product residue. All shipping costs related to returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
How long does a refund take?
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed via bank transfer within 14 business days from the date the product is received at the central warehouse.

How do I know if a product is available?
Available sizes and colours are displayed directly on each product page. If an item is out of stock, this will also be clearly indicated. You may also enter your email address to be notified as soon as the item becomes available again.
Will an out-of-stock product be available again?
Some styles may be restocked. We recommend checking the website regularly or subscribing to availability notifications.

Do you have a Loyalty Program?
Yes, DiKa offers a Loyalty Program that you can join online.
What are the main benefits of the Loyalty Program?
The DiKa Loyalty Program allows you to earn bonus points with every purchase. You receive points equal to 10% of the value of each purchase (for example, a €100 purchase earns you 10 points, equivalent to a €5 discount on your next purchase, where 1 point = €0.50).
You also receive a one-time 10% birthday discount, valid for one week before and on your birthday. This discount can be combined with other ongoing promotions.
After registering for the DiKa loyalty program, the birthday discount becomes active and available for use after 48 hours.
In addition, you will receive exclusive email updates about new collections and special offers.
How long are my loyalty points valid, and how can I use them?
Your accumulated discount is valid for one year from the date of the qualifying purchase and may be used in full or in part during that period.
When you pay for a purchase using available loyalty points, you do not earn new points on that transaction.
Example: If you purchase items worth €200 and redeem €30 in loyalty points, you will not earn new points on the remaining €170.
What should I do if I receive a defective product?

We recommend following the care instructions provided on the label of each garment to preserve its quality and shape for as long as possible.
What materials are your products made from?
DiKa collections are made from high-quality natural and blended fabrics, carefully selected for their comfort, durability, and elegance. More than 95% of our garments are manufactured in Europe. As part of the E. Miroglio Group, DiKa uses exclusive fabrics produced in the Group's factories in Bulgaria.
