DIKA LOYALTY PROGRAM – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between E. MIROGLIO EAD ("E. MIROGLIO", "we", "us" or "our") and consumers participating in the DiKa™ Loyalty Program (the "Program").

The Program allows eligible customers to earn and redeem loyalty points in connection with the purchase of DiKa™ products, subject to these Terms.

By registering for and participating in the Program, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. Upon successful registration, the customer shall be referred to as a "Participant" for the purposes of these Terms.

1. SCOPE

1.1

The Program applies to purchases of DiKa™ products made through the DiKa online store at www.dika.com and allows Participants to earn loyalty points and redeem discounts on future purchases in accordance with these Terms.

1.2

The Program does not apply to products manufactured, distributed, or sold by E. MIROGLIO EAD under brands other than DiKa™, unless expressly included in the Program.

For avoidance of doubt, the Program does not apply to EMIROGLIO, MIROGLIO, EM, FEM, or any other trademarks owned by E. MIROGLIO EAD or affiliated companies, unless explicitly included.

2. PROGRAM PARTICIPATION

2.1 Eligibility

Any natural person aged 18 or older with full legal capacity may participate.

2.2 Free Participation

Participation is voluntary and free of charge.

2.3 Termination by Participant

A Participant may terminate participation at any time according to Clause 4.2.

2.4 Registration

Customers may enroll by creating an account in the DiKa online store and providing consent during registration or checkout.

After registration, a form will be sent by email and must be completed.

Guest checkout users are not eligible to participate.

2.5 Completion of Registration

To finalize registration, the form must be sent to online.france@dika.com.

Points from purchases will be credited after approval of registration.

2.6 Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Privacy Policy.

3. CUSTOMER POINTS AND DISCOUNTS

3.1 Earning Points

Points are earned on qualifying purchases and may be redeemed for discounts.

3.2 Validity

Points are valid for 1 year from the date earned and expire automatically after that period.

Example: Points earned on 1 February 2024 expire on 2 February 2025.

3.3 Returns

Redeemed points are not refunded in case of return.

3.4 Non-Extension

Validity cannot be extended.

3.5 Calculation

Customers earn 10% of purchase value in points.

  • €100 = 10 points
  • €186.95 = 19 points

1 point = €0.50

  • 10 points = €5 discount
  • 19 points = €9.50 discount

3.6 Accumulation

Points may be accumulated and used together.

3.7 Payment Condition

At least €1 must be paid using another payment method.

3.8 Birthday Discount

A one-time 10% birthday discount is granted.

  • Valid 7 days before and on birthday
  • Usable once per year
  • Can be combined with promotions unless stated otherwise
  • Requires date of birth

After registration, the birthday discount becomes active after 48 hours.

3.9 No Points on Discounted Amounts

No points are earned on amounts paid with loyalty points.

4. TERMINATION AND CHANGES

4.1 Termination by Company

Participation may be terminated immediately in cases of fraud, ineligibility, or legal requirement.

4.2 Termination by Participant

Participants may withdraw at any time via online.france@dika.com. Unused points are forfeited unless otherwise required by law.

4.3 Program Termination

The Program may be terminated with 3 months’ notice.

4.4 Amendments

Terms may be modified at any time.

4.5 Effective Date

Changes apply from their publication date.

4.6 Communication

Updates are published on www.dika.com or sent via email/SMS.

4.7 Third Parties

Communications may be handled by service providers.

4.8 Electronic Communications

Messages may be considered legally binding electronic communications.

4.9 Data Sharing

Data may be shared with providers for communication purposes only.

4.10 Liability

The company is not responsible for technical delivery issues.

5. PERSONAL DATA

Data is processed under GDPR.

5.1 Controller

E. MIROGLIO EAD is the data controller.
